神差遣独生爱子耶稣降世 (约3:17-36)

17因为上帝差遣那儿子到世界上
来，不是要定世人的罪，乃是要
叫世人藉着他而得救。18信他的
人不被定罪；不信的巳被定罪；
因为他不信上帝独生子的名。19
光到了世界上来，人爱黑暗、而
不爱光，因为他们的行为邪恶∶
这就是被定罪的因由。20凡作坏
事的都恨光，不来就光，恐怕他
的行为被讦发；21但实行『真
实』的却来就光，要使他的行为
显出是在上帝里面而行的。」22
这些事以后，耶稣和门徒到了犹
太地，同他们暂时住在那里，施
行着洗礼。23约翰在靠近撒冷的
哀嫩也施行着洗礼，因为那里水
多，人都去受洗礼；24［那时约
翰还没有下在监里］。25当下约
翰门徒中的人同犹太人起了辩论
关于洁净的事。26他们来见约
翰，对他说∶「老师，从前同你
在约但河外、你所见证的那一
位，你看，这个人正施行洗礼
呢，众人都找他去了。」27约翰
回答说∶「一个人、若不是从天
上给了他，他什么也不能得。28
你们自己能给我作见证∶我曾说
过∶『我不是基督，我乃是奉差
遣在那一位前头的』。29娶新妇
的是新郎；新郎的朋友、那站着
听他的、一听见新郎的声音，就
欢喜快乐；所以我的这喜乐是已
得完满了。30那一位必须增旺，
我呢、必须衰减。」31「那从上
头来的是在万有之上；那从地上
出的是属地的，他讲属地的事。
那从天上来的32将所见所听过的
这件事见证出来，而没有人领受
他的见证。33那领受他的见证
的、便是盖上了印、承认上帝为
17For God did not send his Son into the
world to condemn the world, but in
order that the world might be saved
through him. 18Whoever believes in
Him is not condemned, but whoever
does not believe is condemned already,
because he has not believed in the
name of the only Son of God. 19And
this is the judgment: the light has come
into the world, and people loved the
darkness rather than the light because
their works were evil. 20For everyone
who does wicked things hates the light
and does not come to the light, lest his
works should be exposed. 21But
whoever does what is true comes to the
light, so that it may be clearly seen that
his works have been carried out in
God.”
John the Baptist Exalts Christ
22After this Jesus and his disciples went
into the Judean countryside, and he
remained there with them and was
baptizing. 23John also was baptizing at
Aenon near Salim, because water was
plentiful there, and people were
coming and being baptized 24(for John
had not yet been put in prison).
25Now a discussion arose between
some of John's disciples and a Jew over
purification. 26And they came to John
and said to him, “Rabbi, he who was
with you across the Jordan, to whom
you bore witness—look, he is
baptizing, and call are going to him.”
27John answered, “A person cannot
receive even one thing unless it is
given him from heaven. 28You
yourselves bear me witness, that I said,
‘I am not the Christ, but I have been
sent before him.’ 29The one who has
the bride is the bridegroom. The friend
of the bridegroom, who stands and
hears him, rejoices greatly at the
bridegroom's voice. Therefore this joy
of mine is now complete. 30He must
increase, but I must decrease.”
31He who comes from above is above
all. He who is of the earth belongs to
the earth and speaks in an earthly way.
He who comes from heaven is above
all. 32He bears witness to what he has
seen and heard, yet no one receives his
testimony. 33Whoever receives his
testimony sets his seal to this, that God
17God didn't go to all the trouble of sending his
Son merely to point an accusing finger, telling
the world how bad it was. He came to help, to
put the world right again. 18Anyone who trusts in
him is acquitted; anyone who refuses to trust him
has long since been under the death sentence
without knowing it. And why? Because of that
person's failure to believe in the one-of-a-kind
Son of God when introduced to him. 19"This is
the crisis we're in: God-light streamed into the
world, but men and women everywhere ran for
the darkness. They went for the darkness
because they were not really interested in
pleasing God. 20Everyone who makes a practice
of doing evil, addicted to denial and illusion,
hates God-light and won't come near it, fearing a
painful exposure. 21But anyone working and
living in truth and reality welcomes God-light so
the work can be seen for the God-work it is."
22After this conversation, Jesus went on with his
disciples into the Judean countryside and relaxed
with them there. He was also baptizing. 23At the
same time, John was baptizing over at Aenon
near Salim, where water was abundant. 24This
was before John was thrown into jail. 25John's
disciples got into an argument with the
establishment Jews over the nature of baptism.
26They came to John and said, "Rabbi, you know
the one who was with you on the other side of
the Jordan? The one you authorized with your
witness? Well, he's now competing with us. He's
baptizing, too, and everyone's going to him
instead of us." 27John answered, "It's not possible
for a person to succeed - I'm talking about
eternal success - without heaven's help. 28You
yourselves were there when I made it public that
I was not the Messiah but simply the one sent
ahead of him to get things ready. 29The one who
gets the bride is, by definition, the bridegroom.
And the bridegroom's friend, his 'best man' -
that's me - in place at his side where he can hear
every word, is genuinely happy. How could he
be jealous when he knows that the wedding is
finished and the marriage is off to a good start?
30This is the assigned moment for him to move
into the center, while I slip off to the sidelines.
31"The One who comes from above is head and
shoulders over other messengers from God. The
earthborn is earthbound and speaks earth
language; the heaven born is in a league of his
own. 32He sets out the evidence of what he saw
and heard in heaven. No one wants to deal with
these facts. 33But anyone who examines this
evidence will come to stake his life on this: that
God himself is the truth. 34"The One that God
sent speaks God's words. And don't think he
rations out the Spirit in bits and pieces. 35The

is true. 34For he whom God has sent
utters the words of God, for he gives
the Spirit without measure. 35The
Father loves the Son and has given all
things into his hand. 36Whoever
believes in the Son has eternal life;
whoever does not obey the Son shall
not see life, but the wrath of God
remains on him.
Father loves the Son extravagantly. He turned
everything over to him so he could give it away -
a lavish distribution of gifts. 36That is why
whoever accepts and trusts the Son gets in on
everything, life complete and forever! And that
is also why the person who avoids and distrusts
the Son is in the dark and doesn't see life. All he
experiences of God is darkness, and an angry
darkness at that."

神差独生爱子耶稣降世的目的 (约3:17-21)
17因为神差他的儿子到世上来，不是要定世人的罪，而是要使世人因他得救。18信他的人不被定罪；不
信的人已经被定罪了，因为他不信神独一儿子的名。19光来到世上，世人因自己的行为是恶的，不爱
光，倒爱黑暗，这就定了他们的罪。20凡作恶的人都恨恶光，不来接近光，恐怕他的行为被暴露。21但
实行真理的人就来接近光，为要显明他的行为是靠神而行的。”
天父差遣独生爱子道成肉身来到这个世界主要的目的是让一切相信祂的人得蒙救恩。是的，每个信祂的
人就不再会被判有罪，而是得到不再是罪奴的自由身份。当然在蒙恩得救前，还是先要认清楚自己是罪
人无法自救，需要被拯救。而主耶稣来到这个世界上最主要的目的就是完成救赎我们的工作。
世界上有两种人：一种自以为是、自我中心、我行我素，不接受别人所传所讲。以为都不可信！这种人
不信耶稣、不接受耶稣是神的独生爱子而生活在这个黑暗的世界里。另一种人认知自己许许多多缺欠不
完全的地方，而愿意寻求神的拯救。第二种人会寻求而认知只要信耶稣是基督 (救赎主)就可以得救成为
神的儿女。
思考：你有没有向人传福音的经验？如果有的话甚么内容最重要？真正接受主耶稣作救赎主的人，会
确信什么？在生活中，会彰显甚么？你有些甚么嗜好？是不是神所喜爱的？你有没有持续拒绝信主的朋
友？你认为还能为他们做甚么？
应用：请把天父差遣主耶稣到世界上来的目的与一、二位未信的朋友分享。请准备好一、二个两三分
钟的生活见証与人分享。
耶稣和施洗约翰大不相同 (约3:22-30)
22这些事以后，耶稣和门徒到了犹太地区，在那里他和他们同住，并且施洗。23约翰也在靠近撒冷的哀
嫩施洗，因为那里水多，众人都去受洗。24那时约翰还没有下在监里。

耶稣与犹太人的官尼哥底母对话之后，耶稣与门徒从耶路撒冷来到靠近约旦河的南边，与门徒们住在一
起，并且在约旦河施洗。在耶稣与门徒为人施洗的同时，施洗约翰也在哀嫩施洗。哀嫩的地理位置见地
图。
「因为那里水多，众人都去受洗」显示众人是指许许多多的人，所以要到水多 的地方才能够让那么多
人同时受洗。施洗约翰也在附近为人施洗，后来施洗约翰被希律王关到监狱去了。
思考：这些事是指哪些事？ (参约2:1-3:21) 施洗约翰的洗礼与主耶稣的洗礼有甚么不同？

25约翰的门徒和一个犹太人辩论洁净的礼仪，26就来见约翰，对他说：“拉比，从前同你在约旦河的东
边，你所见证的那位，你看，他在施洗，众人都到他那里去了。”27约翰回答说：“若不是从天上赐
的，人就不能得到什么。28你们自己可以为我作见证，我曾说，我不是基督，只是奉差遣在他前面开路
的。29娶新娘的是新郎；新郎的朋友站在一旁听，一听见新郎的声音就欢喜快乐。因此，我这喜乐得以
满足了。30他必兴旺；我必衰微。”
施洗约翰的门徒和犹太人对洁净礼有不同的认识。施洗约翰所行的是悔改的洗礼，而犹太人的洁净礼是
个表达被洗清洁的仪式，就好象许多犹太人的物件也有被洁净的仪式。
拉比就是老师的意思。当时的门徒都非常敬重老师，所以施洗约翰的门徒来到老师那里埋怨说比老师后
面才出生的耶稣竟然逃到老师约翰前面去了。施洗约翰提醒他的门徒，人的能力非常有限。但是神所赐
的就全然不一样了。施洗约翰清楚知道自己只不过是主耶稣的开路先锋而已。他曾经告诉他的门徒他不
是基督救赎主。他知道怎么守住自己的本分。
新郎的朋友在婚礼中不是主角，所以不可以夸耀自己而让新郎失色。而当为新郎喝彩，让新郎被众人注
目。这是真正陪伴的目的，让主角出人头地，而自己默默地耕耘。
思考：甚么是洁净的礼仪？ (创2:24) 你曾经有过非常敬重的老师吗？你怎么表示你的态度？你在教会或
团契中如何服事？喜欢炫耀自己或默默地做？你认为自己可以怎么荣耀主名？施洗约翰非常清楚自己的
身份与目的，让别人定睛注目主耶稣。你知不知道自己在主前的身份与目的？
应用：如果你已经事奉，请重新调整你的心态，让人觉得你的谦和、容易与人相处。也尽量能够把尊
贵荣耀归给主耶稣、彰显祂的美善。
从天上来的独特性 (约3:31-36)
31“从上头来的是在万有之上；出于地的是属于地，他所说的也是属于地。从天上来的是在万有之上。
32他把所见所闻的见证出来，只是没有人领受他的见证。33那领受他见证的，就印证神是真实的。34神
所差来的说神的话，因为神所赐给他的圣灵是没有限量的。35父爱子，已把万有交在他手里。36信子的
人有永生；不信子的人得不到永生，而且神的愤怒常在他身上。”
主耶稣是属天的，而不是属地的。也就是说祂与一切被造物是完全不一样的！所以说祂是在万有之上。
但是当时的犹太人并不接受主耶稣超越的地位，虽然主耶稣藉着各种各样的神迹奇事表现出祂特殊的身
份。就是天父也已经把天上地上一切所有的都交在主耶稣的掌控下。
在天下人间只有一条道路通到天国，那就是藉着接受主耶稣基督的救赎！主耶稣所说的话是千真万确永
不改变的。任何信耶稣的，主耶稣就赐下永远的灵为印记证明是神的儿女。那是立即生效的，也就是说
信耶稣的那一刻就马上拥有了！这个契约是神与人所立的永约，永不废弃！不接受主耶稣作救赎主的
人，将来的结局是受到神烈怒的惩罚，永火继续不断的焚烧，十分的可怕！
思考：你认知主耶稣超越的身份与地位吗？你确认自己有永生吗？你现在有没有享受到有永生的福
分？有没有未信的朋友？有没有想像到他们结局的可怕？
应用：请继续好好为自己未信的亲朋好友恒切代祷，早日让他们愿意信主而免除将来神发怒的惩罚。
